Ideal for spring refreshes, full home resets, or before/after special occasions. Includes extra attention to kitchens, bathrooms, skirting boards, and hard-to-reach areas.

🏠 End of Tenancy / Move-In Cleans – Priced per job

We’ll assess the property and give a fixed quote — no obligation. Thorough, checklist-based cleans to meet landlord or letting agent standards.

🛏️ Airbnb & Holiday Let Turnovers

Guest-ready cleans with flexible scheduling. Optional linen changeovers and restocking available — just ask.

Pricing Policy

At Shineworx House Valeting, we keep our pricing simple and fair. We charge a consistent hourly rate for all cleaning services, with a minimum booking time of 1.5 hours unless otherwise stated. This minimum ensures we cover travel and setup, and that we can deliver a thorough, high-quality clean every time.

Why a minimum booking charge?
Short jobs can still require significant travel and preparation. By setting a 1.5-hour minimum, we can provide the best service without compromise.

What about jobs shorter than 1.5 hours?
We still charge for 1.5 hours to make sure every appointment is worthwhile for both you and us.

How to estimate your cleaning time?
We’ll discuss your cleaning needs during booking and provide an estimate based on your home size and service type.
