2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

3. Service Scope

  • Our services cover the agreed-upon tasks as detailed in your booking.
  • Additional services or requests may incur extra charges.
  • We do not clean ovens or hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed.

4. Access Requirements

  • You must provide safe access to the property for the duration of the service.
  • If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to halt work and may charge for time spent.

5. Liability

  • Shineworx House Valeting carries full insurance and DBS checks for peace of mind.
  • We take care to protect your property but are not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items prior to service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
