2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
3. Service Scope
- Our services cover the agreed-upon tasks as detailed in your booking.
- Additional services or requests may incur extra charges.
- We do not clean ovens or hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed.
4. Access Requirements
- You must provide safe access to the property for the duration of the service.
- If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to halt work and may charge for time spent.
5. Liability
- Shineworx House Valeting carries full insurance and DBS checks for peace of mind.
- We take care to protect your property but are not liable for pre-existing damage.
- Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items prior to service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
